Pros
Teradata is the gold standard for Analytics platforms for over 40 years. Analytics is critical for the success of any company and provides a wide variety of jobs to make it happen. Nobody understands it better to deliver business value through analytics while being (and staying) profitable.
Cons
While the core technology is very strong, the company struggled to adjust to changes in technology and market, being perceived as old, slow and expensive.
