Pros
Good opportunities to learn new technologies, decent benefits (lower medical insurance costs than at a previous employer). Historically it has been a stable company with low turnover (that is changing).
Cons
A lot of stove pipes to contend with, doing Agile development but not a very agile organization. Communication from upper management has been rather poor, even in the midst of recent restructuring and other unpleasantness. Not a lot of confidence that management knows what to do to turn things around.
