Pros
1.Being a Teradata product based company one gets a good quality of work compared to other Teradata projects among competitors. 2. Completing Teradata certifications is a requirement, you get reimbursed if passed. 3. Decent hike compared to other companies. 4. Work hours are around 8-8.5 hours which is pretty good, emergency and festive work from home
Cons
1. Low onsite opportunities and there is no strong policies to decide who is more qualified for that onsite opportunity, it's based on managers :) 2. Very low recreational facilities 3. Employees are not retained 4. Non transparent annual rating policy
