Pros
Teradata has great in-company training facilities and invests time in personal development. A lot of information that you need is available online.
Cons
The flip side is that often the 'required' training is irrelevant to one's function and finding relevant information can be cumbersome. Top management need to decide on what business they want to run, cut and get on with it.
