Pros
Teradata DCM has a very good product, you get to work with knowledgeable people, it is a very friendly atmosphere. The company offers good benefits and a good work life balance.
Cons
The management needs to figure out which way the company needs to go. There is very little support for the staff from top management, local management if extremely ineffective. They are going down the dreaded outsourcing path which they have done once before...and gotten burnt. There is very little transparency - management - especially local management is only interested in the paycheck they take home and the air miles they rack up. They are losing good , talented and experienced staff and they just don't seem to care.
