Pros
Good office environment, become knowledgeable in financial industry, perfect place for fresh graduates to gain experience
Cons
still using old tech stack for application development, IT consulting company with traditional culture which means they still have rigid rules for example if you had a sick leave you must use annual leave to prevent salary deduction. Also they don't give end of year bonus.
