Simply, what makes Terakeet great and truly refreshing is how dynamic it can be. When something isn't working, it's usually identified and fixed quickly. If you come from a large company that takes ages to innovate or change an archaic practice, you will find it very different at Terakeet.
Cons
In your duties, some dishonesty is effectively built into the job. This can be made worse when there is pressure to produce and the mindset of "say anything to hit our goal" is fleeting at first but widespread when you look around.
