Pros
Stable employer, always looking for good quality new staff. They treat their employees well. One thing I've liked: we have work trucks, gas is paid, all maintenance, work uniforms. That's a big plus. Salary + commission. Lots of room for growth for someone wanting to build a career, not just get a job.
Cons
Some days are better than others. Some customers are easier to work with than others. For a goal-driven employee, though, this shouldn't be a problem.
