Pros

Freedom to plan your day the way you need to. It was nice to have uniforms provided although as a sales rep I would rather wear something nicer than what was provided.

Cons

First off, the leadership was horrible and my Sales Manager did not teach me what he expected me to know. Also, you had to use your own vehicle without getting reimbursed for mileage or gas. The pay was average but the Draw vs. Commission was for the birds!

Take home work truck and okay benefits.

we used to get a couple days off the end of the month to help recoup, but that's gone now Also Employees are pressured to submit sales leads or risk being scheduled for mandatory Saturday shifts. Stops are often completed early in the system to improve performance metrics, creating inaccurate reporting. This leaves fewer scheduled services for the following month, forcing employees to scramble to find additional stops just to meet their production goals.
