Great company culture Modern office with good amenities (Gym!) Many company events are put on by a cultural committee

Some of the old feel is not as strong in the new location Lack of strong mentorship and clear personal development goals

Terra comes with many pros. The culture is unlike any other company I have worked with so far, with attractive benefits and yearly bonuses. They have an excellent, newly built building and consistent engagement

The cons here are that the work environment is highly demanding. Many persons struggle with burnout and often complain of salary benefits especially at the beginner level.
