NO WFH in any condition.

The only pros I can come up with now is that the management is Empathetic towards employees and salary will be paid on last working day of the month.

TerraPay is an Indian MNC with the Indian mindset and will not be suitable if you are expecting culture, process and system of a foreign MNC. TerraPay sadly also having the worst HR management and policies. While favoritism and politics plays vital role in decision making rather than a fact and data-based decision making. My time in this company I have never seen things working in harmony and smooth. You're always expected to have surprises while you will never find a taste of success as Indian it can be. Plus, there will process changes every week without any improvement.
