      Terracon employs great people and has a strong culture built on safety. Leadership is fantastic, especially under the direction of CEO Gayle Packer.

      Work/life balance Career advancement training opportunities

      Cons

      Toxic top-down management culture. Environmental employees are expendable. If you aren’t an engineer, good luck. Management does not care to get to know their employees and favoritism is the norm, not the exception. Unrealistic expectations from new hires. Low compensation for industry standards.
