Pros
Often travel to remote sites with generous per diem, good work experience if you allow yourself to learn, a lot of overtime if you're looking for it, most of the work is outdoors, and the office environment is pretty good
Cons
*Sometimes had to contend with dangerous wildlife unarmed *Some unaccountability that could have been catastrophic were it not for the good judgment of underlings *Some folks are expected to perform above their paygrade seemingly without willingness to scale compensation accordingly, hence why I'm looking outside the company
