Upper management in the region talks down to lower management Overall mentality in the region is that people below you in chain of command know nothing No area for personal growth as you are always treated like you don't know enough (at least in this office) Nearly all staff in the office are in therapy or shopping for other jobs Extremely high staff turnover, no continuity Constantly kept busy with forms/internal reporting/internal meetings that fill up a day and make you less productive
