Pros
My particular office was top notch with talent and willingness to try new things. On a local level personnel was great, even within the region the mid-level management and below were great to work with. They offer a ton of services with a lot of opportunities to expand and grow.
Cons
The corporate structure was overbearing and very difficult to work with. Regional upper level management was too focused on national corporate obedience to truly care about the people in the office and do what the right thing was. Whether that was by choice or fear for their jobs, I cannot say. As a whole, they're not much different from the other firms in the same market, just with more corporate headaches.
