Pros
- Friendly colleagues who motivate you and help when you have any problems. - Due to less employees, you will have to multitask, this in-turn helps you learn a lot of things. (helpful)
Cons
- Management is not good, employees have to do additional work such as Tender filling which is not a part of their jobs. -Poor knowledge of Market, (This is a bit technical) This company does not get many tenders due to the fact that they have very little understanding of the market value of the project. - Heavily underpaid, Terracon pays very less money which is way below the market average. -Late Pay, One of the worst problems with this company is that it pays after 2-3 months (sometimes 6 months delay). It has been two months since my resignation, they have not yet paid my pending salary. (for those who are planning to work here, PLEASE consider this point very seriously). -Poor growth, Hierarchy of growth is slow, For example: Starting position is Junior analyst, it takes two years to get promoted to an analyst, When you change after a year or two, it becomes very difficult to jump to higher positions due to the fact that you were a JUNIOR analyst and not an analyst.
