Free drinks and snacks. Pays well. Free healthcare. Some people allowed to work fully remote. If you're friends with the executives you basically can't get fired.
Cons
Misogynistic, racist culture. Executives have no idea what happens on a daily basis. Founder posted on LinkedIn about his "huge balls". No clear vision for success.
