Terrahawk is a third generation civil construction company. I have enjoyed working with the family for over twenty years. The current company is a great contribution to the modern civil construction world. They adapt to change and are constantly keeping up to date with new technology in the office and also in the field. They encourage employee engagement. It is led by a great owner that has the confidence in his team to let them work independently, but is always available to lead or answers any questions. He strives to lead by example. They encourage professional development and are excited to see employees develop new skills. Terrahawk has blended a family friendly environment with the success of a professional corporation. They have a great benefits package. Encourages having employee events with employees participation. Team members enjoy working together and many have been here since the company's establishment and plan to continue until retirement.

Due to multiple locations and working on several job locations you do not get to see all employees on a daily basis. Just have to interact remotely sometimes. But it works out.
