The office location is pretty convenient. Pay is fair if you don't count those countless over time. Other than that can not think of other aspects that is good.
Cons
Bad management. Double standard. Over-time culture. The principals belittle their employee. Prepare for office politics going on in such a small office. You will never get a fair professional development. Don't waste time.
