I have been working in the company for only nine months (compared to most colleagues, this is a brief period), and I can tell you how it was and how I feel now. Interview in Terrasoft: - support by a recruiter at all stages of interviews, - timely feedback, without delays and unpleasant moments, - only constructive feedback on the results of meetings, - a clear plan of interviews and no incomprehensible/inappropriate questions, - and in my case, an offer that fully corresponded to reality. I know that all our recruiters are great, but special thanks to the one who made this period as comfortable as possible for me. Onboarding: - onboarding plan, stress-free and with the support of a mentor at all stages, - colleagues who supplemented my understanding of the whole picture of the workflow, - only a good, appropriate, constructive attitude towards the newcomer from team, colleagues, managers, - and, which is very important for me, as a result of the test, I received NOT a formal answer like "everything is good, come on further," but a detailed analyst and a growth plan. Thanks to HR, who was on guard for my success and peace. Further work. I can't help but note that: - if you have an idea, then here you can really bring it to life, - if you have questions, even uncomfortable ones, you can ask them and get answers, and not "save up a pillow for burnout," - if you want to develop, then you will always be offered options. And in conclusion, Terrasoft is about people, about friends, about support.
