      Pros

      This company treats safety very seriously and provides a great training program. While the travel is extensive, the office and personnel support are top notch. This means that I have never felt isolated or without HR / Admin/ Management support and communication.

      Cons

      Either you like to travel for work or you don't. You will need to enjoy traveling if you want a career with this company.

      Pros

      Teamwork and camaraderie. Technical excellence. Passionate about the good they are doing for the environment.

      Cons

      Parent company policies and benefits have negatively impacted morale since they bought TerraTherm in 2015. Health benefits and 401k match fall short of industry norms.
