Pros
- Laid-back environment - No micromanagement, a lot of freedom to learn - This will depend on team, but people are willing to help you and answer questions - Provide housing and relocation reimbursement - Good place to ease yourself into learning software development life cycle - Co-op program recruits tons
Cons
- Housing is a bit of a commute (mine was ~ 30-40 min one way) - Management is very lax so you need to make initiative to get work if you haven't - Some technology is archaic, but they are transitioning to mobile platforms
