      Pros

      They hired non-degree engineers. If you like the Japanese culture, it is the place for you.

      Cons

      The Japanese management called all the shots. The American managers would do what they asked. Others cons were low pay and long hours for salary employees.

      work with good people that work hard

      Cons

      communication is absolutely terrible and the pay is crazy low. They give a one time pay sometimes each year based of stock and its like 600 after taxes. and the most you are going to get in annual raise is about $0.40 cents
