Many Managers, Sr. Managers, Directors, and HR Leaders create an environment where associates feel fearful to speak candidly, or face swift disciplinary action, and/or termination. Extremely high turnover and HR takes no notice to perform exit interviews, especially of associates who voluntarily separate. After 25+ years of service, and a voluntary separation, the only email I received was "sorry to hear that, let's talk transition..."
