Pros
Not many to be honest. If you were paid by the hour then you had good opportunities for overtime and double pay. However, that means selling your soul as you'd be working 6 days a week. However, if you were salaried then no chance.
Cons
Oh lord, way too many. - Terrible buildings to work in depending on where you were stationed. - Abysmal pay for the job and responsibility. - Bullying culture and discriminatory environment. - The location makes it difficult to get to with no good transport links. - A lot of sitting around twidling thumbs all day because you're always waiting for other people to do their part. - People don't help each other to learn and progress. They would rather gatekeep information because it makes them more valuable. - Systems and technology are stuck in the 1960s as excel is used for everything from calcualtions and stock management, god forbid microsoft were to just collapse for the day. - Progression is non-existent. - Management are incompetent and don't treat you with compassion - HR are quite usless as well - No Benefits - High turn over of staff - Hiding reviews and paying people to post fake good reviews on google
