Pros
Very lenient towards rules, attire and craftsmanship. Great place to practice your own skills and develop them. Friendly/Family Environments. Small town feel in a large shop. Loved the employees and the type of work, would work there again!
Cons
Lack of process, such as training or reviews/promote. Turn over rate high, not one documented review in 27 months. Field service manager refused to communicate in email due to process vs reality. He would put in writing what was instructed due to the nature of instructions.
