No pros of working here.

(1) We five people were working here on Contractual basis from the same company, Our Vendor told that the contract will range from 6 to 8 months, but suddenly approx after 3 months we'were notified just before 7 days, and we were told that the last working day will be 30th november. (2) One of the worst work culture, Why ? => They didn't care about employees mental and physical health. (3) the working hours will be 12-14 hours daily. sometimes you have to come on Saturday's and Sunday's as well. (4) They will give you unrealistic timeline for your tasks. (5) If you are a third party employee you will be treated as an outsider, (6) They have blocked our three months salary, and saying that we've worked only 3 hours a day even though we've worked 12-14 hours a day. (7) They give you that much work pressure that you won't even get the time to fill your timesheets. (8) They didn't even have a good laptop capable enough for Running sofware like Unity and devices for testing, we got a second device for testing after 3 months, the single device was common among QA - Developers - Product - Manager.
