Pros

- Friendly team - Interesting tasks

Cons

The Employers. Toxic Employers that fired almost everyone in the department within 1 hour (!) without advanced written note mentioned in the service agreements. They simply blocked the access to the Microsoft ecosystem to 10 people in one hour in the middle of the working day. I have never seen anything like this in my entire career. They won't pay you if you overwork but will clearly state that if u worked less one day due to all your tasks are already completed, this means you are not making any impact in the company and they won't pay you that time, as you are not set to "achieve goals". They mention they care for result but will completely ignore your results, saying: I don't know if you work well, but you don't fill in your Outlook calendar and that means you do not work at all. All you do for this company is not enough for them. It never is. They simply give more work and refuse to raise salaries. There is a lot of things going on in this company. I encourage potential students to avoid taking courses with this school, as they underpay all the workers and simply do not respect their boundaries, making sudden actions like that.
