      They offer a decent salary for a manageable workload and non-senior staff are always really lovely.

      Cons

      They do not care about their staff and are routinely sexist to women at the company, viewing them as incompetent and ignoring any voice for concern they make.

      Great team, some of the best people I've met. Overall the atmosphere is very welcoming.

      Cons

      The pay has not been great. Was promised a bonus, but it didn't materialize.
