Best company I've ever worked for!

It's been sold. No longer the TestOut we used to love.

Excellent benefits. Above board perks. Easy going co-workers and overall friendly atmosphere. The owner surprised everyone with a 2 week cruise to Italy and Greece in 2011; 100% paid for. He even paid for the men's rental tuxedos for formal night on the ship and meals while we were on group tours. A couple years later he took everyone on 7 day Disney cruise and 4 days at Disney World in Florida - paid for each employees immediate family members. It didn't matter what position or title you had - everyone was invited and treated as part of the TestOut family. The company frequently treated it's employees to surprise lunches at nice restaurants or treated families to special events. 2 bonuses during the year - one during the summer Lagoon party and another during the Christmas party at The Roof. Extremely generous owner.

Most employees are LDS and from Utah County. This was somewhat uncomfortable for me as I am not religious, but was able to fly under the radar (thankfully). The owner is hyper Mormon and does not like hiring anyone who isn't. If you can't fit the mold I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you're LDS and from Utah County, look no further.
