Pros
- team members were awesome! - I enjoyed the team work and collaboration with other teams - new hiring training was very helpful - Commission was great! - Fully remote - Management was truly receptive and open-minded about our ideas - Overall experience was good
Cons
- company still has a lot of growing and learning to do - some processes still need a lot of work (leadership is working on improving) - From my understanding, everyone was contract - no benefits and did not provide laptops
