The managers are hands on and upper management is accessible. This is important in my opinion as an engineer as it establishes a concrete line of communication between engineers and upper management.

A slightly outdated PDM system makes tracking changes and previous work a bit harder.

I enjoy the variety of work and the ability to learn new things. Great opportunity for people at the start of their careers if you want to gain troubleshooting ability for different engineering fields. Such as, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Depending who your boss is will make or break a lot of your ability to learn new things.
