Office politics is on its peak PIP - Even if you perform well and work hard,you'll be simply made to resign just because someone in that organisation didn't like you or had a superiority complex towards you. Don't expect an appreciation for anything you do there. Especially the HR Admin and operations team have to be applauded for being the least caring department and acting the exact way the management tell them If you are very good at gossiping and taking part in office politics you have a bright future there even if you don't perform that well. If you're looking for a positive and friendly work environment please don't opt this company Many people had to resign from there just because they were strategically made to be in PIP and even after performing well they were made to resign.They don't care about your personal commitments or life or how your future career will be affected by this. I joined this organisation with lots of hope and aspirations,but I still don't know why the people over there are acting like they don't want the company to grow. Remote working employees are higher at risk of layoffs Yearly hikes are just for name sake
