The salary is not worth the aggrevation and abuse from the CEO. He is always cutting corners, blaming everyone but himself for any problems that arise and generally is an unpleaseant person to work for. He controls every part of the business and he leads by fear. He treats his staff like servants and expects complete loyalty. Whenever someone does leave which is very often and usually of their own accord, he says that he fired them. There is no career progression and the shares and options that the CEO hands out are worthless. If you are considering working for Tethys, only do it as a last resort. Do not join Tethys for the money. Take another job that will pay less, you will be happier.
