Pros
1. High salaries and top benefits, better compared to other companies on the market in the food industry. 2. Flexible daily schedule with a possibility to work at home. 3. Good travel allowance. 4. Good chances to get promoted.
Cons
1. For the past several years there has been a phenomenon in the company that I call a “tetrapak afterwards”. It means that a great deal of decisions are taken without thoroughly thinking of consequences. The idea is: “let’s make it and think afterwards”. Do you remember “Gone with the Wind” and Scarlett with her life style “I’ll think about it tomorrow”? As a result, administrative staff are fired but their functions are not replaced. Sales people leave the company, positions cancelled and the volumes are distributed among others. Procedures are changed to become more effective but, as a fact, they stop working properly. All these are announced as a big approach to quality and customer satisfaction but the consequence is that customers say Tetra Pak is quite hard to work with and employees massively started searching for new jobs outside Tetra Pak which didn’t exist before. 2. Too many meetings about nothing.
