It is time taking, your whole life becomes Tetra Pak The Salary compared to your work rate is low Managers are mostly concerned about their deliverable rather than thorough employee development and growth Most of the managers lack Management training and exposure There is no true measure for value and input and no standards Views are based on a Market company, some other markets are better and some are not
