Could be great! - Maintenance Supervisor Tetra Pak Employee Review

This site could great if the top brass were in tune with their workforce. All of the production staff is looked down upon and fit into a bucket of “dumb country bumpkins”. No mind is paid to getting out on the floor and injecting themselves into the day to day of the production floor. The facility director does not lead versus being a “boss”. His idea of rallying the troops is bringing the management team into a room and cursing and berating them into submission. This happens enough that everyone in the front office is on eggshells and this also slows stuff to a crawl!! I also forgot to mention the failed attempts at TPM 3-4 times. Nobody is an expert there so launching a program of that complexity usually take an outside team to accomplish.
