Poor leadership - very political. Company is a disaster. - Director Teva Pharmaceuticals Employee Review

Where do I start? Salaries are lower than the competition, and bonuses are a thing of the past. Don’t get me started on the stock price. Very hard to get anything done in this company as leadership turns over every couple of years and the strategy is constantly changing. Also very political. Promotions are done not based off of merit, knowledge, or skill, but rather what country you reside in.
