      Pays well but that's at a steep price. If you value your self respect, no money is worth working there.

      Cons

      HR is non existent at TEVA. There is a culture of criticism and open hostility with no protection from senior management who are just interested in collecting their pay check.

      Good Benefits and health care insurance

      Bad management, lead by unqualified leader Bringing Indian contractors only, stealing jobs from american due to the leader which is Indian. HR is worthless. Do not trust them. High turn over Plenty of layoffs. Unfair reviews, and protecting friends only, playing favorites Site Leadership has unacceptable behaviors and unethical practices Stay away from this place.
