Pros
What used to be a good company turned into a nightmare. The individual teams are still ok with people who care.
Cons
After the aquisition of Actavis the company tries to save wherever they can and still has no strategy how to grow again. Kicking out 30% of employees still not paying the bonuses for all employees of 2017 despite having lost the cases in the highest Swiss court. Site closures, layoffs and now huge problems to manufacture leading to hundreds of stockouts at a time. A mess you don't want to be part of.
