There was a mass exodus before I began working for Teva. They apparently rubbed hundreds of reps the wrong way, treated them like trash, and the reps left. And now I know why. The Area director would stand up on stage, fake crying about how much he cares about his sales team. It made everyone so uncomfortable but it made everyone realize how full of sh*t he was. Teva has made it very clear they do not care about anything but saving all the revenue for themselves. They do not pay bonuses unless you achieve 75% of your goal. And even then, they only pay you out at 25% of your bonus. That IC only benefits Teva. There are dozens of territories that can’t hit 75% of their goal because The goals are strategically too high so they won’t have to pay bonuses. Of all the big pharma companies, Teva is by far the greediest. Of course having to pay billions in opioid lawsuits isn’t helping, but it’s not excuse to be such a disgusting joke of a company
