Pros

Birthday off if you are ill less than 3 times in the last year Staff party

Cons

Management don’t understand how to manage Workload gets assigned randomly Project Managers having minimum 25 projects at any one time Annual Redundancies Commission scheme structured to reward misselling No communication from top down Pay is horrendous for the workload Little room for progression unless you’re friends or related to a director Redundancies based on who you’re friends with instead of if you’re any good at your job

Pros

Really it's only some of the people you work with, not many pros at all.

Cons

Incompetent managers who have no management experience. Other teams not taking accountability for their errors and it always comes back on the support team who get the brute force of it when dealing with the customers whilst the managers and developers, etc. shy away. Also don't trust their employees, a lot. No opportunities to work from home hybrid working for some support teams yet the 3rd line had that option, ridiculous.
