- The place looks great from the outside and they manage to hide all the problems for a couple days before you start seeing the cracks

The"leadership" and "managers" are a complete joke. Nobody knows what they are doing and do not hold each other responsible for any wrongdoing. Also, don't expect to ever advance to a higher position unless you're related to them. Totally laughable organization. Not only are they blind to all the problems but they also pay themselves enough to drive Teslas and Porsches while their clinics fall apart. Just adds insult to injury when they nickel and dime you for a reasonable raise. If you need a temp job and don't really care about your job quality or reasonable pay, join the club. They care less than you do.
