Cons
Pathetic leaders, with minimum management skills. Indecisive and ignorant about how professional setting should be. Technically seniors maybe smart, but not at all management smart, leading to impromper planning. No understanding of professional behavior and decisions taken as per personal mood leading to a highly toxic nature in the lab. HR won't do anything in case of seriously unhealthy traits of a leaders. One is on his own. Leaders want to churn out salary from the employee by unhealthy hours of operations and passing innuendo on regular basis on personal life as well.
