Pros
Assuming the manager is competent, scheduling is usually pretty accommodating, you can be late all you want because the understaffing is for real, and free soda in the provided company cup.
Cons
The humans in corporate don't know how to properly do ordering. They can't get product to the stores that they actually sell. District managers don't help the managers they just talk down to them and tell them they are not doing enough. They dont believe in raises at a decent rate. Pay starts at $10/hr at most locations and you can't even afford to buy products from the store. You get witched at all the time ro prices that you have no control over. They want you to do $15/hr work for $10.
