The people you work with

No hybrid option for employees

They give decent bonuses and most of the people are nice.

They dangle the bonuses in front of you like a bribe. The regular pay is very minimal and they don't give raises. Most employees are mormon, so it's very uncomfortable for people who aren't. They stock the break room with free junk food and soda to try and make employees ok with not getting paid a living wage. They have 10-12 hour days and then expect you to come in on Saturdays. Glad I got out of there when I did.
