Pros

You get a job - That's it, assuming you can keep it They won't pressure you to call your friends and family - Just gaslight you to the point that it feels stupid not to do it. They know what they are doing, you're just too naive to believe that there's hope.

Cons

High-pressure Sales - They will pitch that they are not Wall Street cutthroat level. Yes, it is true because this is a different game and it's not better. Superiors belittle their employees saying things such as "You don't know anything" and stop. No constructive feedback or solution. Base pay around $31,000 + commission - They are not upfront about what they can give you so you'll get a different number each time. And the base pay? You won't get it until to hit the quotas, and it changes constantly to make suyre you won't hit it unless you burn yourself out.
