Very easy job and stress-free. They treat their employees very well and even off many benefits to part-time works such as paid vacations and holidays.

During the off season (when school is out) the work becomes slow and less hours are given.

Benefits for individual, vacation, High 403b match, exceptional co-workers.

As a standalone company governed by the profit enters in the Texas Medical Center, The library is viewed as an anachronism and cost center. Budgets are extremely tight.
