Good working environment and potential for growth

Nothing so far apart from the fact it is in Texas city

No overtime and work hours are pretty standard

Too focused on what the women in the company actually want rather than trying to improve the company going forward. Nepotism from the owner and her family is blatantly out there in the open they work less hours than anyone but get paid excessively in bonuses commissions and the like. They claim to appreciate hard workers but the overall feeling in the company is one of a toxic and stressful place. Also if you're from any racial group in africa kindly don't bother working there because you'd regret that decision. the few blacks who work there are pretty much fed up but still have to bear it regardless
