Pros
Great part time job from when I was a college student, decent pay at $15 an hour, with ~30 minute breaks between groups. Worked at the Fort Worth location for three years, about a year of that I was the only one working on site.
There's a big learning curve at the beginning, as you have to take care of the whole place and manage the teams all by yourself. Many decisions fall solely on you, and personally I thrive in that sort of environment.
If you're at a bigger location, you'll have co-workers, so your experience may differ from mine.
Cons
FWPR business was slow for a long time, enough to where they could only employ me. As a result, the place was all but ignored by corporate, and I was not told I would be terminated until 2 days before. If you're in a place with more business, like Austin or San Antonio, you may feel more cared for and have more consistent work.
